How To Submit A Ticket
1) Click here then click the “Submit A Ticket” button.
2) Enter one of your company email addresses & password. Ask your system administrator for this information.
3) Request service by clicking the blue box that says “Request Service”.
4) Next, simply fill out the “Brief Description” box and the “Detailed description of your issue” section. The more information you give us, the better we can assist you.
5) Click “Submit”, your request will be sent to our Customer Service group.
6) If you would like to check the status of a previously submitted ticket, click the blue “Service History” tab located at the top left side of the page.
STATUS TYPES
Open: The project has been assigned to a technician.
Ongoing: The project is currently being worked on.
Waiting for customer response: We have requested that the customer provide more information.
Review for billing: The technician has completed the project and we are checking the service order for accuracy and completeness.
Closed: The project is now complete and the billing, if any, has been issued.
