" My favourite part of the work day is 5:00 as it affords me a little quiet time to complete tasks that may have been started but not completed. If it has been a hectic day I try to fit in a workout of some type in the closest gym. My gym bag is never far away.

" On a typical day at Introtel, I enjoy and look forward to interacting with current and future customers. The opportunity to assist organizations in meeting their business goals and objectives is an extremely satisfying part of my role here at Introtel. When I am not working, I can usually be found at a local hockey rink coaching both of my boys’ hockey teams. I love spending time with my family and our adventures together.

Rob Turnpenny founded Introtel in 1981 and has been President and majority shareholder through to the end of 2016. Many other companies that also started out as “Interconnects” have come and gone. Under Rob’s guidance, Introtel has earned an enviable reputation as a premier Mitel VAR which has endured to this day.
At the beginning of 2017, Rob chose to sell the company to his four minority shareholder partners. Frank Domizio, Carlo Gentile, Stuart Penny and Todd Yates are now excited to carry on the proud tradition started by Rob over 35 years ago.
Business as usual. The four current shareholders are not new to this game. Their average tenure with Introtel is over 30 years and you can rest assured you are in good hands.
